Chat privacy and tracking notice

This notice covers the chatbot and campaign landing pages on chat.f1mtech.com.

Information we collect

We collect the name, mobile number, email address, selected course, study centre, learning mode, messages and enquiry choices you provide. We also record the landing page, referrer, UTM campaign values and advertising click identifiers present in the URL. Technical security records may include browser details and a one-way hash of the network address.

Why we use it

We use this information to answer your request, route it to the relevant counselling team, prevent abuse, measure which campaign produced an enquiry and improve published course information. The AI provider receives the conversation and approved business context needed to draft an answer. It is instructed not to answer outside the approved F1MTech information.

Contact and promotional messages

Contact about the enquiry you requested is separate from promotional consent. The promotional checkbox in the chat is optional and is not pre-selected. You can withdraw promotional consent at any time through our communication preference page. Opting out does not stop essential replies about an active enquiry.

Campaign tracking

The chat stores campaign parameters and click identifiers supplied in the page URL. Configuration switches in the admin panel do not by themselves load Google, Meta or other advertising pixels. Any future third-party tracking script must be reviewed, disclosed and consent-controlled before it is enabled.

Sharing and retention

Authorised F1 Macro Technologies staff, service providers used to host or operate the chat, and the configured AI or communication provider may process data only for the stated service. Records are kept only for the operational, security and legal period configured by the business, then deleted or anonymised.
